Capped Class Sizes
We keep all of our group fitness classes capped at 12 participants per class (except during special events). This ensures that you will receive the attention you need from our skilled trainers to make the most out of your workout.
All CrossFit movements can be scaled to suit the fitness level and abilities of each individual, making CrossFit suitable for anyone, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. That’s why every group fitness class at The Results Room is actively coached by an experienced trainer who will provide variations for each movement to suit each attending member.
Family Friendly Facility
The Results Room is a family-friendly facility. We welcome our members to bring along their children to make use of our cosy couch and unlimited Wi-Fi while you workout. In fact, we even offer CrossFit classes specifically for kids starting from 8 years old that will get your kids moving while developing useful physical skills.
We pride ourselves on the welcoming community that we have cultivated over the years where everyone is welcome. With no base fitness requirement, there is no reason to put off joining our community of like-minded individuals helping each other along the path of fitness and good health.
CrossFit Kids & Teens
Our CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens classes run during the school term for children aged 8 to 11 and 11 to 16, respectively. Specifically designed to engage children and get them moving in a safe and enjoyable way, our CrossFit Kids and Teens classes use age-appropriate movements and activities to encourage fitness and healthy development.
CrossFit Kids uses a series of play-based activities to develop essential skills such as coordination, balance, strength, and agility. For the slightly older children, our CrossFit Teens classes make use of bodyweight exercises, weight lifting, CrossFit gymnastics, and general fitness activities to promote physical literacy, improve sporting performance, and reduce the likelihood of sports injuries.
We provide a safe and controlled environment for your children to develop essential skills that will help them throughout many aspects of their life with a strong foundation in physical fitness.
