Kiriana Giffin

Kiriana is Director and Co-Owner of The Results Room and CrossFit Aftermath and is in charge of our back-office system, finance, administration, sales, marketing and customer relationship management.  She also coaches some of our classes.

Kiriana is also a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has completed the CrossFit’s 2024 Online Judges Course. She has completed the following additional CrossFit training courses: CrossFit Kids, Scaling Course, and Spot the Flaw Course. Kiriana was an elite level rower at university so loves all things rowing.

Kiriana has competed her First Aid, CPR and AED training as well as the Infection Control Training Module relating to Covid-19 and has her Blue Card. She is fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Jamie Giffin

Jamie is Head Coach, Director and Co-Owner of The Results Room and CrossFit Aftermath. Jamie is also a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.

Jamie is a certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and has completed the CrossFit’s 2024 Online Judges Course.  He has also completed CrossFit’s Nutrition 1 Course. Jamie also has his Australian Weightlifting Federation (AWF) State Weightlifting / Sports Power Coach Level 2 License.

Jamie has competed his First Aid, CPR and AED training as well as the Infection Control Training Module relating to Covid-19. He is fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
